3G Networx User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3G Networx platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

3G Networx provides a digital platform that enables users to create and manage fundraising campaigns online. The Platform facilitates the organization and promotion of campaigns but does not engage any financial transactions or in any fundraising activities on behalf of users.

3. User Responsibilities

Campaign Creation: Users are solely responsible for the content, goals, and outcomes of their campaigns. 3G Networx does not verify the accuracy or goals of any campaign.
Compliance: Users must ensure that their campaigns comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Donor Relations: Users are responsible for managing relationships with their donors, including communication, fulfillment of promises, and handling disputes.

4. Financial Transactions

Third-Party Payment Processors: All financial transactions are processed through third-party payment processors. 3G Networx does not handle, manage, or have access to any funds raised.
No Financial Liability: 3G Networx is not responsible for any issues arising from financial transactions, including but not limited to payment failures, chargebacks, or fraud.

5. No Solicitation

3G Networx does not solicit donations or engage in fundraising activities. Users are solely responsible for promoting their campaigns and seeking support.

6. Platform Use at Own Risk

No Guarantees: 3G Networx does not guarantee the success of any campaign or the fulfillment of any promises made within a campaign.
Assumption of Risk: Users access and use the Platform at their own risk. 3G Networx is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from Platform use.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Engage in activities that could harm the reputation or functionality of 3G Networx.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 3G Networx or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

3G Networx reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 3G Networx disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3G Networx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3G Networx, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to the Agreement

3G Networx reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Acknowledgment

By using the 3G Networx Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
